2 .Use of the Fill’s “Pattarns Function"
(1)　Basic operations
① Click the cell you want to fill　with “Pattarns Function" .

On the cell, right-click it and display the pull-down menu.
Select "Format Cells"

①　　Click the "Fill tab"
② 　 Select a "Background color" and select your favorite color.
③　 　If there is no favorite color, click "more color"
④　　Select a "Pattern Color"
Click "Pattern Style" and select appropriate one.

3. Use of the Fill’s “Gradient Function"

(1)　Basic operations

① Click the cell you want to fill with “Gradient Function" .
On the cell, right-click it and display the pull-down menu.
Select "Format Cells"
①　　Click the "Fill tab"
② 　 Select a "Fill Effects"

Then dialog box for “Gradient Function" will appear.
①　 Select two colors.
②　　Select "Shading styles".
